With the advent of the Internet, new business models have sprung up for artists and designers. The folks at Etsy have generously offered us their Lab to explore how Etsy, Kickstarter, Quirky provide opportunities for inventors and entrepreneurs, and meet RISD alumni, faculty and students who've met with success using these sites.
